
- Powerfully intensive, providing a broad spectrum of subjects, skills and activities and incorporating a range of learning methods, including experiential learning (by doing)
- Uses football as the magnet and principle experiential learning theme (no football skills are taught and no football playing skills are necessary)
- The number of learning hours in four consecutive days far exceeds the number provided by other external enterprise initiatives – even those delivered over an academic year
- Course offers over an hour of physical activity each day
- Courses are delivered by specially recruited and trained teams of 4 mentors from the fields of business, personal development and football
- Course is accredited by The University of Teesside. The accreditation scheme is currently being expanded nationwide. Participants receive 10 university credits and 20 UCAS tariff points towards a Business or Sports Studies degree
- By the end of the course the participants are ready to start their own small business
- The course offers a unique opportunity for real collaboration in the community between business*, schools, academies, universities and the world of professional football
