It is the belief of the Founders that the education of young people should not only fall to the academic sector for its source of knowledge, wisdom and guidance, but should also draw on the expertise, knowledge, experience and support that other professional and private sectors have to offer the young. The Tsu’Chu Biz model therefore employs not only diverse course content such as skills, knowledge and best practice from a cross section of professional backgrounds, but it employs a delivery method that utilises the skills and knowledge of delivery mentors also from varied working backgrounds.
The Tsu’Chu Biz course is delivered by a team of four trained Tsu’Chu Biz mentors all professionals from their own specialist fields including: coaching, finance, organisational behaviour, family business consulting, personal development, sales & marketing, counselling, IT, HR or sport; many of our mentors also run their own businesses.
All Tsu’Chu Biz mentors are CRB checked to ‘enhanced level’
