
CEO and Co-Founder of Tsu’Chu Biz: Susan Kaye
Susan’s professional backround is as a qualified relationships counsellor and group therapist since 1982. In 1988 she founded a values based company The Challenge of Excellence Ltd to take her experience and skills to a corporate level. Working internationally and specialising in consulting to large family businesses, executive teams, president groups and leaders of multi national organisations, Susan has designed hundreds of leadership, teamship and personal development programs using learning by doing techniques (experiential learning). She also coaches and mentors senior management and family business members as they work to clarify their organisation’s vision, mission, values and strategic direction.

Football Ambassador and Co-Founder of Tsu’Chu Biz: Tony Woodcock
Tony has had a distinguished football career spanning over 20 years with Nottingham Forest, 1FC Cologne, Arsenal and England. Tony won 42 England Caps with 16 goals to his credit, two European Cup winning medals (Champions League); two League Cup winning trophies; English Champions; Young Footballer of the Year; Young European Footballer of the Year; Division 1 Manager’s Player of the Year. In 1979 he was transferred to Champion’s 1FC Cologne in the German Bundesliga and was at the time Germany’s most expensive football player.
Operations Manager: Barbara Brooks
Barbara joined The Challenge of Excellence Ltd in 2002 and has acted as both Personal Assistant to Susan Kaye and Operations Manager for all activities including Tsu’chu Biz. She has been responsible for the design of the very comprehensive administrative processes involved in the Tsu’Chu Biz course. Barbara has an extensive background in commercial management and administration with over 30 years experience in diverse aspects of business including sales office management, HR, finance, legal, project management, IT/computer systems and is fluent in commercial French. Throughout her career she has worked closely for and with board level personnel and was Company Secretary for an international engineering company.
Role & Responsibilities: Management of Tsu’Chu Biz operations working in the head office and administering courses; stock control; IT infrastructure/website; financial reporting and control (with assistance from external accountants/auditors); licensing/franchise management; general administration including Data Protection, CRB checking procedures; office management; and PA to CEO.

Sponsorship Manager: Greg Suart
Greg has been involved with TCB since 2008 in a capacity of mentor and advising on business development and marketing. He has extensive experience in these fields having worked for international companies such as Corning Glass, Wilkinson Sword and Fiskars. Subsequently Greg completed an MBA at the Cranfield School of Management and successfully established his own businesses in three different market sectors. For the last 6 years Greg has been involved with personal development training and executive coaching.
Role & Responsibilities: Design and build of the sponsorship proposition including branding, marketing and development of an online presence in digital media.
Co-Founder of Tsu’Chu Biz® - has worked professionally as a qualified counsellor and group therapist since 1982. In 1988 Susan founded The Challenge of Excellence to take her experience and skills to a corporate level working with Executive Teams and Leaders of multi national organisations as they developed their teams of leaders and clarified the strategic direction of their organisations. The Challenge of Excellence has specialised in the use of experiential learning (by doing) techniques for over 20 years.
